True to size although if you have more developed upper body muscles you may want to size up for extra comfort unless you like that tighter look around the arms & upper back ;) This is a traditional “Mens” or “Unisex” shirt so it is going to fit like that (longer in length & a little baggier than a “Womens” style shirt).
